What it is
The shoulder is a very mobile joint, and that makes it delicate. The most common problems are painful shoulder, periarthritis, frozen shoulder (capsulitis), impingement, bursitis, long head of biceps tendinopathy, supraspinatus tears and overuse.
How we work
Treatment can be conservative or follow surgery. It starts with a functional assessment of the shoulder and includes manual therapy, mobilisation and exercises to recover movement and strength.
Sessions are one-to-one and last about an hour. Their number and frequency depend on each case and are agreed together after the first assessment.
