What it is
The pelvic floor is the group of muscles that supports the pelvic organs. It can weaken, for example after pregnancy or with age, causing problems that affect everyday life.
How we work
Women’s pelvic floor rehabilitation is provided by the midwife who works with the practice. It starts with a conversation and an assessment, in a private setting, and includes exercises to learn and continue at home.
Sessions are one-to-one. Their number and frequency depend on each case and are agreed together after the first assessment.
