What it is
Lymphatic drainage is a technique that supports lymph flow and the reabsorption of excess fluid. It may help with swelling, fluid retention and venous insufficiency.
How we work
Manual lymphatic drainage uses slow, light, rhythmic movements that follow the path of the lymphatic vessels. Whether it is suitable is assessed together, also in light of any advice from your doctor.
Sessions are one-to-one and last about an hour. Their number and frequency depend on each case and are agreed together after the first assessment.
